HISTORY
E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES has gone through many transformations through the years, with home, barn and farm/stable management services that began back in 1984. With an increasing amount of absentee owners in Florida, there was the need for comprehensive Luxury Home Management. E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES moved in to fill that need. As the build-out of Palm Beach Polo & Country Club grew, the Company continued to expand it's client base and it's home management services, all the while restructuring it's operations for efficiency to keep down overhead costs, so our fees charged to our clients could remain as low as possible. Today, the experience we have acquired over the years managing numerous properties has distinquished us as the most reputable Luxury Home Management Company in the Palm Beach Polo Club and surrounding communities. And now the expansion continues to the Island of Palm Beach. We are finally able to offer our services to homeowners in the Town of Palm Beach.
ABOUT US
While our network of contractors/vendors and other contacts is huge, the Company is owned by the husband and wife team of Darryl and Sandy Widmaier, since early 1995. They along with their invaluable assistant, Mary, are involved in the day to day activities to assure the attention to detail, that is so important to this business. Darryl is also the licensed Real Estate Broker for our Real Estate Company, WILLIAMS REALTY.
So where is our namesake Ellen Williams? Needing to move on with other aspects of her life, she took Sandy and Darryl in as partners back in 1995. As the ensuing years passed, she felt comfortable that Sandy & Darryl were very capable of carrying on the professionalism, honesty and integrity that she worked so hard to build and eventually turned over full control to them.
